Craig Feland

Craig Allan Feland, 60, Mohall, died Saturday, January 16, 2010 at his home.

He was born September 9, 1949 in Cooperstown to Norman and June (Worthington) Nevland.  He lived in Hannaford with his family and later moved with his four brothers to Fargo.  He was adopted by Dick and Luella Feland of Almont.  He was raised in Almont and educated in Carson.

Craig lived in Alaska with his parents and worked for Marc Air in Prudhoe Bay for several years.  He had a cabin on Lake Metigoshe prior to moving to Mohall.  He worked for the Minot Daily News for a number of years until health problems forced him to retire.

Craig enjoyed visiting and riding his motorcycle.

Family:  brothers, Norman (Marion) Nevland, Minot; and Gary (Vicki) Jacobs, Summit, MS; sister, Kimm (Brian) Dunne, Manhattan Beach, CA; aunts and uncles, Laura Thompson, Lewiston, ID; Bob and Dorothy Feland, Flasher; and Charlotte Johnson, Almont; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Craig was preceded in death by his parents.

A graveside memorial service will be held in Almont later in the spring.
